Located along Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, the WanderVale EC resides in the town of Choa Chu Kang, which is filled with attractive shopping amenities and housing options. Based on fengshui, Choa Chu Kang marks the point where the mighty Central and Western Dragons meet, making it an extremely auspicious land.

This region has the fengshui formation known as the “Homes of the Flying Swallows”. Being migratory birds, the swallows tend to take flight during different seasons. Hence, those living on this swallow land shall have great opportunities to travel far and frequently. This is also a good region for those pursuing a career in diplomacy or politics.

As swallows can also fly in different directions, couples may experience time away from each other due to work commitments. With that in mind, spouses must have strong faith in each other and always try to keep harmony in mind. 

Internal fengshui considerations

While these are auspicious directions in the current Period 8 (2004 – 2023), they are considered to be less favourable in the upcoming Period 9.

Located near to Choa Chu Kang MRT station and bus interchange as well as Lot 1 shopping mall, WanderVale offers easy accessibility in terms of public transport and amenities. While this spells convenience, it also implies a higher human traffic and noises, especially during peak hours. Hence, those who value peace and quiet should consider higher floor units or those at the inner stacks.

Adjacent to the EC along Choa Chu Kang drive is a mosque, and Blk 363 is just next to it. As there will be prayers throughout the day, those who are more noise-sensitive may want to opt for another block. 

Choa Chu Kang Secondary School is also located next to WanderVale, As residents may be affected by noises during active school hours, one should consider carefully when selecting a flat. Sound insulation could be an option to reduce noise disturbances from the external environment. 

In recent years, it has become increasingly popular for homeowners to select lower floor units as it allows residents to be closer to their natural surroundings. However, there are certain considerations which the homeowners must take into account before selecting a lower floor unit.

Firstly, there could potentially be safety concerns when it comes to living in a ground floor apartment since these units are more prone to housebreaking incidents. Secondly, from a fengshui perspective, lower floor apartments are also more likely to encounter sha qi from neighbouring buildings and traffic.
